Website redesign service that keeps your Google rankings
In shortThe Rebuild replaces a website that makes your business look cheaper than it is with a fast, credible one that turns visitors into enquiries. It includes a brand refresh, a mobile-first website of up to 5 pages, on-page SEO, Search Console setup, structured data for AI tools and redirects from every old page, so the rankings your current site earned carry over. From $1,500, typically in 3 to 5 weeks.
What is included
- A clear homepage message: why a buyer should choose you, in one sentence
- A brand refresh: logo clean-up, colour and typography applied consistently
- A mobile-first website of up to 5 pages, built to load fast
- On-page SEO: page titles, descriptions, structure and Google Search Console setup
- AI-ready basics: a question-led FAQ and structured data that answer engines can quote
- Redirects from your old pages, so existing rankings carry over
- Launch and 14 days of post-launch fixes
Most website redesigns are judged on how the new site looks on launch day. The Rebuild is judged on two things that matter more a month later: whether the business keeps the Google rankings the old site earned, and whether more visitors get in touch. Design, copy, structure and search are planned together, by one person, so nothing is lost between a designer, a developer and an SEO agency.
Who is the Rebuild for?
Owners of established businesses whose website no longer matches the quality of their work. The usual signs:
- The site looks dated next to competitors who charge more, or makes the business look cheaper than it is.
- It is slow, breaks on phones or cannot be edited without breaking something.
- Visitors arrive but do not get in touch, because it is not clear why they should choose you.
- Google and AI tools struggle to describe what you do, or describe it wrongly.
If the site is fundamentally sound, a rebuild may be the wrong spend. The Visibility Audit tells you which it is before you commit.
What does the Rebuild include?
| Part | What is included |
|---|---|
| Message | A clear homepage message: why a buyer should choose you, in one sentence |
| Brand | A refresh: logo clean-up, colour and typography applied consistently |
| Website | Mobile-first, up to 5 pages, built to load fast |
| Search | Page titles, descriptions, structure and Google Search Console setup |
| AI tools | A question-led FAQ and structured data that answer engines can quote |
| Rankings | Redirects from every old page to its new address |
| Launch | Launch and 14 days of post-launch fixes |
Structured data is code that tells search engines and AI tools, in a format they can read reliably, who you are and what you offer. It is included as standard because it is far easier to get right when a site is built than to add later; the guide to structured data for AI search explains why it matters.
How does a redesign keep your Google rankings?
A redesign loses rankings when pages and addresses change without a plan. Google has learned which of your pages answer which searches; move or delete them carelessly and that knowledge is thrown away. Every Rebuild protects it in four ways:
- A redirect map. Every old address that has rankings, links or traffic is listed and sent to its closest new page with a permanent (301) redirect. The 301 redirects guide explains how this works.
- Content that carries over. Pages that rank keep the substance that earned the ranking, even when the design changes completely.
- Search Console from day one. The new site is connected to Google Search Console so problems show up within days, not months.
- Checks after launch. The 14 days of post-launch fixes cover anything that breaks, including redirects that need correcting.
Rankings lost in a careless redesign can take months to recover, so the redirect work is included in every Rebuild, whatever the size of the site.
For the full method, see how to redesign a website without losing SEO and the website migration SEO checklist.
What happens in the 3 to 5 weeks?
- Brief and message. What you sell, who buys it and why they should choose you, condensed into the one-sentence homepage message.
- Structure and redirect map. The new pages are planned against the searches your customers use, and every old address is mapped to a new one.
- Design and build. The brand refresh is applied and the site is built mobile-first, with the FAQ and structured data in place.
- Launch and fixes. Redirects go live with the site, Search Console is checked, and the next 14 days cover fixes.
Most of the time in any redesign goes on decisions and content, not code. The guide to how long a website redesign takes covers what speeds a project up and what slows it down.
What does it cost, and what moves the price?
The Rebuild starts from $1,500 for a website of up to 5 pages with a brand refresh. Larger sites and full brand identities are quoted separately, because the work grows with the number of pages, the amount of content to write or move, and whether the brand needs a new identity rather than a refresh. The redirects, Search Console setup and post-launch fixes are always included.
For how this compares with the wider market, and what drives redesign prices up or down, read how much a website redesign costs.
What if you are moving off Wix, Squarespace or WordPress?
Moving platforms is a redesign with extra risk, because addresses almost always change. The same redirect map, content carry-over and Search Console checks apply. The guide to moving from Wix, Squarespace or WordPress explains what changes when you leave a site builder, and what to check before you cancel the old subscription.
What does the work look like?
Three live client sites show the approach, each described on the studio homepage with the decisions behind it: Pommel & Cantle, a crafted digital home for heritage leatherwork; Athlead, a bilingual coaching platform in Arabic and English; and MaidFinder, a hiring marketplace whose headline is written as the search families type into Google. Each was positioned, designed, built and launched by Muhammad.
If you want the site to keep growing after launch, the Growth Partner retainer on the prices page adds ads, new SEO pages and a monthly AI visibility check.
Straight answers.
What owners ask before they book.
- Do I need a new website, or can my current one be fixed?
- Not always. If you are unsure, the $700 Visibility Audit tells you whether your current site can be fixed or needs a Rebuild. If a fix is enough, that is what you will be told.
- Is a full rebrand included?
- A brand refresh is included: logo clean-up, colour and typography applied consistently. A full brand identity, such as a new name or a new mark, is quoted separately.
- What if my site has more than 5 pages?
- Larger sites are quoted separately, based on the number of pages and how much needs to be written or moved. The redirect work is included whatever the size.
- Do you work with businesses outside the UK and US?
- Yes. The work is remote, with businesses across the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, wider Europe, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
- Who will I be working with?
- Muhammad Afzal, directly, from the first call to launch. Nothing is passed to a junior or subcontracted.
